A single-site blend that puts the spotlight on the beautiful Blewitt Springs vineyard. The Mataro (the French know it as Mourvdre) was just too good to ignore, so a barrel selection was made before blending everything post-maturation. We’ve got top notes of tar and juicy blue fruits before the Mataro takes center stage bringing those savoury, almost meaty flavours. The tannins are silky and well-knit, with a fresh black-fruited acidity that gives the whole thing a delicious, moreish finish.ABV: 14%
