Grolleau handled with a light touch to show off the grapes pretty side, which personally is the side I want to be on. You could call it a light red or a deep ros, but what really matters is that this is very tasty. It kicks off with a little spritz, which (in my opinion) only adds to the freshness. Not your thing? A quick decant will sort that out. Then its all waves of gorgeous brambly fruit and gentle spice. A seriously long finish despite the playful structure too.ABV: 10.5%
