Mostly Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris, with vines planted on some fairly precipitous and hard to work slopes above the Med in Banyuls, with some skin fermented Xarel-lo from Peneds added in for good measure. As per with Duchne, there’s no lack of personality on show here. It leaps from the glass, succulent in the mouth and salty on the finish. Wow.ABV: 12.7%
