Some wines follow the rules. Pieter H. Walser never got the memo. BLANKbottle is South Africas renegade winery a cult project thats about creativity, storytelling, and bottling pure personality. No recipe, no rigid formulas. Each wine is a one-off, driven by the fruit he finds and the mood hes in.

Walsers labels are as unpredictable as the wines inside designed to challenge, to question, to make you think. But behind the playful surface is serious craft: old vineyards, thoughtful blends, and a restless energy thats made BLANKbottle one of the most talked-about names in the Cape.

Well be pouring a selection of his wines at our Town Shop, and trust us these bottles never show up the same way twice. Once theyre gone, theyre gone.

This is a sit down tasting with a max of 12 places available. A great way to focus on the wine in the intimate setting of our Town Shop.
